Let’s cut to the chase, as you can imagine, the most common question is “how much does it cost?” – but that’s really hard to answer without knowing the full detail of the job at hand, there are a few main things that we consider when it comes to quoting for our removal service, and here are the two main ones:

Waste Type

Removing a collection of refuse sacks is much easier and requires less resources than, say removing a large dining room table, so this can have a large effect on the amount of staff we have to have attend the job and therefore impact on cost.

Waste Volume

As you can imagine, the largest impact on cost is the volume of waste as this can affect the amount of staff, the time taken & the vehicle that is required.

How long will the clearance usually take?

It really depends on the amount of waste you have at the property and it’s accessibility as to timeframes, and we would like to discuss the job in further detail with you before confirming this – however, just to give you a rough idea, we would expect a smaller clearance job of just a few refuse sacks to take as little as an hour or two and medium clearances with refuse sacks and a couple of larger appliances around 2-4 hours, as an example.
