How Much Does an Office Clearance Cost?

It’s really hard to give you a price without knowing the scale of the job, there’s a lot that goes into costing up an office clearance and there are several factors we have to consider before providing a quote.

1. Type & Amount of Waste

As you may expect, the amount of waste collected has a huge bearing on how long the job will take and how costly it can be. The type can also dictate how many employees we have to have attend a specific job, if it requires heavier lifting especially.

2. Location

This can play a significant factor, labour rates change across the UK and often Northern projects work out cheaper than Southern ones, generally speaking. These rates are reflective in our quotes but we will always try and keep them as competitive and well priced as possible.

3. Speed of Collection

Another factor is how quickly you want it collected, if turnaround time is quite tight this may increase the cost. It’s not a given as it depends on our schedule at the time, but if we have a lot of jobs booked in and you need your office cleared quickly, we can assist but it may come at a slight premium.

Do you clear fly tipping?

Yes! Fly tipping is a pain, but something that businesses sometimes unfortunately have to deal with, it’s not a good look and we appreciate that. Please get in touch with us and tell us more detail about the offending waste, we’ll be more than happy to help.

No you don’t, but you do need to let us know if that is the case as we’ll need to arrange access to the office.

We take the waste to a commercial waste centre where it will be filtered by item to find out and recycle what we possibly can.
