Same Day Rubbish Removal
A common question we often get asked is whether we can offer next day rubbish removal, and the short answer to this is yes – we can. It may come at a premium and might not always be possible because it depends upon our availability in your given area and the date, as some times of the year are busier than others.
That being said, we will always do our best to keep our customers happy, and if you need to have your rubbish cleared on the same day, please enquire as soon as possible so we can let you know our availability.

How Our Office Clearance Service Works
The cost of rubbish removal varies greatly dependant upon the type of waste you are wanting to remove, the location of the job and how urgently you need it finishing. Keeping that in mind, you are looking at a cost of around £60 per hour, but if you are looking at a quote for the volume then it will be around £80 per cubic yard.
Typically jobs overall can start from around £100 but range as high as £595, it all depends on the items you want cleared as there are a few that are considered premium, like the removal of fridge freezers for instance.

Our process for the disposal of the waste includes:
1. Collection
We’ll identify what rubbish needs to be collected and collect it, before hand we will have a good idea of where and how to dispose of the waste.
2. Sorting
We’ll sort through the waste and identify what is recyclable, and picking it out.
3. Disposal
Recyclable materials will be sent to appropriate recycling facilities, while non-recyclable waste will be disposed of at licensed landfill sites.

It depends on how much excess rubbish you have, because you may just be able to visit a tip if you have one locally to you. If you have a larger amount of waste then you could potentially hire a skip, which we would of course recommend ourselves – or alternative you can use a rubbish removal service.
How long does rubbish clearance take?
Sorry to use the adage, but how long is a piece of string? It really depends on how much waste needs to be cleared and how many staff members attend the job. We are as efficient as possible with our jobs and will always let you know how long we expect it to take.
Is a permit or license required for rubbish clearance?
Yes, in the UK you are required to have a waste removal licence, meaning you are a registered waste carrier.
Do you dispose of hazardous material?
Yes we can, but we wouldn’t consider this to be rubbish removal, this would typically fall under our asbestos removal service for instance.
